QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership
- Current Michigan Administrator Certificate
- Previous Experience as a Principal or Assistant Principal; Elementary School Experience Preferred
- Previous Teaching Experience Required

- Experience with elementary school teaming model
- The ability to administer district policies and regulations within the building
- Establishes and maintains an effective learning climate in the school
- Maintain positive, active relationships with students, parents, staff and community members
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- A strong background in the use and application of technology
- Prepares and submits the school’s budgetary requests and monitors the expenditure of funds
- Other duties as assigned by the superintendent
