Education Management and Networks, an educational service provider in Michigan, is seeking an experienced school administrator with proven success to fill the position of “Academic and Staff improvement Mentor”. Candidate must have a PHD, Ed.D or Masters degree and a proven track record in successful school leadership.

 The Mentor is responsible for assuring high performance in every area of school Academics. The position works directly with school administration to offer support and guidance in school leadership as well as to coordinate the Academic services and support of EMAN at the individual schools.

 Duties :

Leading school-wide professional development and staff mentoring. Assist in yearly goal setting and goal monitoring with school administration, Recruit and hire new staff, coordinate services provided to schools, insure that school leaders are highly effective in student achievement, Staff development , staff evaluations, compliance reporting and innovative practices

This position includes frequent travel to schools, attending board meetings, conducting school and classroom observations and frequent meetings with school leaders to monitor progress on yearly performance goals.
