Position Details: 

Pay: Competitive salary dependent upon qualifications and experience

Schedule:  52-week position

Applicants for this position must meet the following criteria:

  1. Minimum of an Associate’s Degree required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  2. Three years’ experience in transportation operations, preferably with public school districts. Minimum of five years’ experience as a bus driver preferred.
  3. Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite programs, Transfinder software, and working knowledge of Google applications.
  4. Proven success in personnel management, including supervising, training and evaluating staff.
  5. Ability to manage budget, and successfully implement district policies and procedures.
  6. Must demonstrate outstanding customer service skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with staff, parents and community members in a friendly and positive manner.
  7. Must be highly motivated, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
